Prepare for an afternoon of spine-tingling fun and sugary splendor! We're thrilled to announce our 3rd Annual Trunk 'er Treat event, a symphony of spooks and sweets in the heart of our community.

If  you would like to be a trunk email Info@WeHeartWest.org
Set-Up Details
Gather your pumpkins and cobwebs! You're invited to begin your spellbinding set-up as early as 12:30 pm in the St. Mary’s Bank parking lot. The ghosts of our past events remind us to have all trunks ready by 1:50 pm, as last year, little witches and warlocks were hovering impatiently for the magic to begin. If you foresee any delays, let us know; we've got more than a few tricks up our sleeves to help you.

Candy & Curation
Let your imagination run as wild as a werewolf during a full moon. Bring along any cauldron of treats or trinkets you'd like to share with our community's youngest ghouls and goblins. Fear not—a candy shortfall is but a phantom worry. We Heart West will be on hand with extra sweets, should your reserves take a frightful dip.

This isn't just child's play; we're in the big leagues now. Last year, we had over 170 young souls roaming the lot, and with their guardians, it was nothing short of a Halloween parade—around 300 people! So prepare for a thriller night!

Decoration & Decorum
When it comes to decorating your car, think of it as your personal canvas for conjuring all things Halloween. But as you tap into the shadowy recesses of your creativity, remember to strike a balance between the eerie and the acceptable. If your theme is more on the terrifying side, be prepared to see younger trick-or-treaters steer clear, their bags of candy still intact but their courage tested.

Mark your calendars, gather your treats, and prepare your trunks for an unforgettable haunting season! We're eagerly awaiting your RSVP to this most mysterious and magical of community gatherings.
